I believe in full body training from fingertips to toes!

I also believe kettlebells just cannot be matched for their overall efficiency by any other tool. 

Each workout (including warm up) will have a:

  • Push

  • Pull

  • Hinge

  • Squat

  • Core

  • Rotation

  • Lateral

  • Unilateral component
