Hip Flexor Stretch
Hip Flexor Stretch:
While maintaining a tall stance, step forward
Lower into a lunge (play around with different positions of the trail leg to find your best stretch)
Inhale deep while lowering
Raise both arms into the sky and arch backwards (Heart towards the sky)
Exhale slowly as you drive your hips forward
Squeeze you trail leg's glute to enhance your hip flexor stretch
The stretch is over when your exhale is done
I tend to roll my arms backwards to sneak in extra shoulder mobility before I stand up
Drive forward off your lead leg to stand tall
Repeat with other side
Continue for desired reps
