This movement in particular builds on all your previous double bell ballistic work.

The start is the same.

The explosive hip hinge is the same.

The main difference is finding your confidence to just go for it!

I recommend you focus primarily on the arm that is going overhead.

Think the other bell you are cleaning as just a holding rack until you switch sides.

What you will find with practice is that both of the kettlebells paths are the same roughly bellybutton hight and below.

It is at that height where you decide if both are going to the rack, both are going overhead or you want to split them into a Gorilla Snatch.
